The Bajaj Pulsar NS125 is positioned as a sporty alternative to
conventional 125cc commuter motorcycles. It shares its design
philosophy with the larger Pulsar NS series, giving it an aggressive
streetfighter appearance that appeals strongly to younger riders.
Powered by a 124.45 cc DTS-i engine, the NS125 delivers a healthy 12
PS of power. This makes it one of the more performance-oriented
motorcycles in the 125cc segment, especially when compared to
traditional commuter bikes that focus primarily on fuel efficiency.
Engine & Refinement
The engine is smooth for daily commuting and offers good throttle
response. It performs best in the mid-range where city riders spend
most of their time. Acceleration is lively compared to many rivals in
the same category.
The 5-speed gearbox is well tuned and shifts smoothly during regular
riding conditions. Clutch action is light enough for heavy city
traffic.
Ride & Handling
One of the biggest highlights of the Pulsar NS125 is its perimeter
frame chassis, which provides better rigidity and handling stability

With a 12-litre fuel tank, the bike offers a practical riding range of
around 550–560 km on a full tank.
Comfort & Ergonomics
The riding posture is slightly sporty but still comfortable for
everyday commuting. The seat is adequately padded and the handlebar
position allows relaxed city riding.
